Headhunter Consultant:→

Job Responsibilities

1. Client development and maintenance: look for and explore business information, develop high-quality clients and keep favorable relationship with existing clients to become strategic partners with them;

2. Recruitment consultancy service: take responsibility for recruitment projects entrusted by clients, focus on hunting for high-end candidates in such fields as human resources, finance and legal affairs, be responsible a series of recruitment related affairs, such as interview with candidates, salary negotiation, offer release, entry and follow-up during probation period;

3. Candidate management: accumulate abundant industrial candidate resources, keep favorable relationship with candidates, become a career mentor of candidates and provide candidates with a middle and long-term career planning;

4. Talent market survey: pay close attention to talent market information, conduct talent mapping and industrial orientation mapping, seize business opportunities in a timely manner and proactively sell services to clients and candidates.



1. Hold a bachelor´s degree or above and haveover two-year´s work experience;

2. Applicants who once worked as a headhunter or a HR specialist in a well-known enterprise and love headhunting industry preferred;

3. Extremely strong sensitivity to business and abundant experience in client development team management;

4. Have outstanding communication capability and clear thinking and pay attention to details;

5. Extremely strong self-motivation, result orientation, high sense of responsibility and strong capability against pressure;

6. Aged from 20 to 35;

7. Applicants with proficient English skill preferred.

Headhunter Assistant/Intern:→

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for communicating with targeted companies and talent in specific fields after joining our company´s each industrial team;

2. Search/classify/sort out related talent data and make a preliminary screening of resumes;

3. Hunt for candidates and make a preliminary interview and assessment;

4. Provide talent assessment and recommendation reports;

5. Arrange interviews between candidates and employers, follow up progress and give feedback in a timely manner;

6. Candidate´s  salary negotiation;

7. Candidate´s background investigation;

8. Candidate´s offer follow-up;

9. Communication about entry of candidates.



1. Hold a bachelor´s  degree or above and have experience in sales, consultancy or HR;

2. Proactively communicate, be optimistic and enjoy communicating with others;

3. Goal-determined, result-oriented, and steady and hardworking;

4. Be interested in headhunting industry, willing to have a long-term development in the field of human resources and eager to pursue for sense of career accomplishment;

5. Applicants with proficient English skills preferred;
